30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns and full refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused or gently used and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or altered after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may still qualify for our return policy.
